Sponsoring of cultural troupes/artisans of foreign countries for 28th surajkund international craft mela 2025

The 38th Surajkund International Crafts Fair 2025 will be held from February 7 to 23, 2025, in Surajkund, Faridabad (Haryana).
The fair, jointly organized by the Union Ministries of Tourism and Culture, External Affairs, Textiles, ICCR, and the Government of Haryana, showcases the finest traditions of crafts, textiles, culture, and cuisine from across India, as well as other countries. Over the years, the fair has become a prominent event on the region’s tourism calendar.

More than 45 countries and 592 foreign artists participated in the 37th Surajkund Fair 2024, which attracted over 1.3 million visitors. For the 38th Surajkund International Crafts Fair 2025, it is proposed to invite the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) as a partner organization.

We would like to inform you that countries can participate in the fair by sending cultural groups (of around 10 to 15 members) and artisans who can showcase their heritage. The Surajkund Mela Authority will provide free accommodation, meals, and transportation from Delhi Airport to the fairgrounds during their stay.
