We are pleased to announce that the Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) is organizing the silver jubilee edition of INDIASOFT 2025, which will be held from March 19-21, 2025, in New Delhi. This premier event will showcase India’s leading innovations and advancements in various fields of technology.

We expect the participation of 1,500 tech companies showcasing innovations in AI, machine learning, robotics, cybersecurity, Big Data, fintech, blockchain, IoT, health tech, metaverse, cloud computing, drones, smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, smart city solutions, embedded systems, and much more. With over 1,500 innovative exhibitors, 200 startups, over 50,000 visitors, and 700 international buyers from 80+ countries, INDIASOFT 2025 is a must-attend event for the global electronics and IT community.

The expo offers international buyers the opportunity to discover high-quality products and innovative solutions at competitive prices.

The event is supported by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India, under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) scheme. Selected overseas delegates may be eligible for the Hosted Buyers Program, which provides assistance to qualified buyers with significant business potential.

Hosted Buyers Program for Latin American Countries:

  • Airfare:
    Under the Buyer Sponsorship Program, selected delegates will receive reimbursement of economy class airfare expenses up to US$ 1300 or the actual cost, whichever is lower.

  • Complimentary Hotel Accommodation:
    Selected delegates will receive 3 nights of complimentary hotel accommodation.

Each selected delegate will be entitled to:

  • Reimbursement of airfare expenses.

  • 3 nights of complimentary hotel accommodation.

  • Assistance with business meetings / networking at the exhibition.

  • Complimentary entry to the exhibition.

  • Complimentary entry to the conferences.

  • Complimentary evening networking event.
