IDY 2024 celebration in Cartago, Colombia.

The IDY 2024 event in Cartago at the Coliseo de la Isleta was attended by more than 130 people from the city and surrounding municipalities. The activity started with the Common Yoga Protocol, sound therapy sessions, meditation and culminated with refreshments for the participants.

Al evento DIY 2024 en Cartago en el Coliseo de la Isleta asistieron más de 130 personas de la ciudad y municipios aledaños. La actividad comenzó con el Protocolo Común de Yoga, sesiones de sonoterapia, meditación y culminó con un refrigerio para los participantes.
