IDY 2024 celebration in Sopó, Colombia.

The attendees of the IDY 2024 event in Sopó started the program with the Common Yoga Protocol, followed by a kundalini yoga and sound healing session to close the activities. More than 140 people gathered around yoga and wellness. Los asistentes al evento DIY 2024 en Sopó iniciaron el programa con el Protocolo Común de Yoga, seguido de una sesión de kundalini yoga y sanación con sonido para cerrar las actividades. Más de 140 personas se reunieron en torno al yoga y el bienestar.
