IDY 2024 celebration in Olón, Ecuador.

The IDY celebration in Olon focused on the importance of yoga. The organizers began the celebration with a brief intervention on the history of yoga, and then performed the Common Yoga Protocol. Continuing with Prayer, Asanas, Pranayamas, Dhyana and Mantras. With all the peace received through the class, the closing of the event took place in the middle of meditation, relaxation and mantras in Sanskrit. 

La celebración del DIY en Olón se centró en la importancia del yoga. Los organizadores iniciaron la celebración con una breve intervención sobre la historia del yoga, y a continuación realizaron el Protocolo Común de Yoga. Continuando con la Oración, Asanas, Pranayamas, Dhyana y Mantras. Con toda la paz recibida a través de la clase, la clausura del evento tuvo lugar en medio de meditación, relajación y mantras en sánscrito.
