IDY 2024 celebration in Medellín, Colombia.

The IDY 2024 celebration in Medellin focused on the importance of yoga values. The event started with welcoming remarks by the organizers El Arte de Vivir, then the attendees had sessions of Hatha Yoga, CYP, pranayamas, yoga nidra and meditation.
