IDY 2024 celebration in Quito, Ecuador.

The celebration of IDY 2024 in Quito was led by the @elartedevivirec school and focused on the benefits of yoga.  Attendees at La Carolina Park had the opportunity to perform the wellness activities, including the Common Yoga Protocol, surrounded by nature. 

La celebración del IDY 2024 en Quito estuvo a cargo de la escuela @elartedevivirec y se enfocó en los beneficios del yoga.  Los asistentes al Parque La Carolina tuvieron la oportunidad de realizar las actividades de bienestar, entre ellas el Protocolo Común de Yoga, rodeados de naturaleza.
