IDY 2024 celebration in Neiva, Colombia.

The IDY 2024 event in Neiva organized by Vraj Yoga featured a program focusing on the promotion of Indian culture through Yoga.  Around 100 delegates participated in the event, that included the session of Common Yoga Protocol followed by yogic dance and presentation of breathing techniques etc.

El evento IDY 2024 en Neiva organizado por Vraj Yoga contó con un programa centrado en la promoción de la cultura india a través del Yoga. Alrededor de 100 delegados participaron en el evento, que incluyó la sesión de Protocolo Común de Yoga seguida de danza yóguica y presentación de técnicas de respiración, etc.
